Guru Smt. Suba Parmar, founder of the Shubanjali School of Performing Arts, is a highly sought-after dancer, teacher and choreographer in the NJ area and a proponent of the vintage Pandanallur style of Bharatanatyam. She is the direct disciple of Kalaimamani Guru Indra Rajan and Pandanallur Srinivasa Pillai, both acclaimed doyens of this respected tradition. Guru Smt. Suba is recognized as a pioneer in the arts community and her original artistic creations have received rave reviews from critics and connoisseurs. Shubanjali’s laurels extend beyond teaching, and the organization has received high praise for its exemplary original dance productions. Meera Nair will be the 106th arangetram of Guru Smt. Swamimalai K. Suresh

Guru Shri Swamimalai K. Suresh is an accomplished dancer, singer, choreographer, and nattuvanar, and is a recipient of several awards. He is the director of Samarpana Academy of Fine Arts in Chennai, and the co-artistic director of Shubanjali. Guru Shri Suresh is the fifth generation artist from his family. His father and guru Pandanallur P.V. Kalidas is a renowned nagaswara vidwan of the Pandallaur lineage. He is the grand-nephew and disciple of veteran Guru Swamimalai S.K. Rajarathnam under whom he mastered Bharatanatyam, vocal, and nattuvangam
